Monkey Bread Recipe

Super easy recipe for Monkey Bread!


Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of refrigerated biscuits dough (16 oz. each)

  • 1 cup graduated sugar

  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup butter (melted)

  • 1/2 light brown sugar


Directions:

  • Grease a Bundt pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Separate biscuits and cut each one into 4 bite size pieces.

  • Combine sugar and cinnamon in a medium size bowl.

  • Coat each biscuit with the sugar-cinnamon mixture and arrange in Bundt pan.

  • For syrup, use a small sauce pan on medium heat to melt and dissolve butter, brown sugar, and 1/2 of sugar-cinnamon mixture together. Stir continuously to keep from burning and bring to a boil.

  • Drizzle all of the syrup on the coated dough balls in the Bundt pan.

  • Bake for 30 minutes.

  • Let cool for 5 minutes before flipping onto a platter.

  • Enjoy!
