Super easy recipe for Monkey Bread!
Ingredients:
2 packages of refrigerated biscuits dough (16 oz. each)
1 cup graduated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup butter (melted)
1/2 light brown sugar
Directions:
Grease a Bundt pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Separate biscuits and cut each one into 4 bite size pieces.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a medium size bowl.
Coat each biscuit with the sugar-cinnamon mixture and arrange in Bundt pan.
For syrup, use a small sauce pan on medium heat to melt and dissolve butter, brown sugar, and 1/2 of sugar-cinnamon mixture together. Stir continuously to keep from burning and bring to a boil.
Drizzle all of the syrup on the coated dough balls in the Bundt pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before flipping onto a platter.
